Community Birdhouse Project

In celebration of spring and to welcome back our migrating birds, River Arts is thrilled to announce that our Community Birdhouse Project has been installed. Check out this fabulous collaborative public sculpture project along the Morrisville Rail Trail, installed for the 2021 summer season.

Thank you to everyone who helped make this project happen!

Over 30 individuals added their creativity to River Art's spring birdhouse project by painting and decorating birdhouses. Thank you to the students who participated in the LiveYourWhy Kits and returned their wooden birds to add to this sculpture. A big thank you to Tricia and Mark Follert for building and donating all of the birdhouses. Thank you to Jayne and Jamie Allister for donating all the wood for the project. Thank you to RK Miles for allowing us to install this whacky sculpture on their property. And a huge thank you to the realtors at Keller Williams Vermont for doing the heavy lifting helping to install the finished pieces and for donating to support future community art initiatives.
