Back by popular demand, Fashion Camp is intended for those who have an interest in creating with textiles, wether that be sewing, embroidery or exploring textures & materials. Campers that have attended before will have an opportunity to continue building their skills, while new camp members will have a chance to dive in and explore a variety of skills - both to their hearts desire! From machine sewing to hand stitched embroidery, patchwork and more! Campers will learn the basics to get them started on their sewing journey along with ways to embellish, repair, and repurpose clothing and textile items, giving them new life! Instructor Chelsey Rich will cover the ins and outs of a machine & hand sewing, encouraging campers to express themselves through the art form, culminating in a one-of-a-kind fashion show!

Refund and cancellation policy here.

My name is Chelsey Rich & I am a Vermont based artist focusing on fiber arts, specifically sewing, embroidery & rug making. I began my fiber arts journey back in the summer of 2020, hand sewing vintage fabric onto all sorts of denim, with a focus on vintage jeans. After that summer, it evolved into creating garments instead of simply just repairing and reviving them.

From corsets, dresses and coats, to one of a kind patchwork & embroidery - I’ve been creating unique, intentionally made garments that I hope others will cherish for a lifetime & beyond.

When I'm not sewing, you can find me out in the woods, down by the lake, listening to music, gardening or exploring new art mediums like rug making! I love to learn new things & I love creating!
