Join us for a free workshop of delicious culinary arts to teach students about healthy eating and well-being through nutrition! This partnership with Healthy Lamoille Valley’s Live Your Why Program aims to promote healthy self-expression in youth. Taking inspiration from Chinese and Japanese culinary traditions, learn how to make a delicious roll of sushi with fillings of your choice and a simple veggie spring roll.

Healthy Lamoille Valley is a coalition of individuals and community organizations working collaboratively to reduce youth substance misuse and encourage youth to make substance-free healthy life choices. HLV strives to build and encourage a diverse and all-inclusive community of youth to be active advocates for a substance-free lifestyle. River Arts partners with Healthy Lamoille Valley to provide programing in safe spaces for youth to express themselves creatively.
