Welcome to this art session, where you will learn to befriend your inner critic, identify limiting beliefs, and engage in exercises to help you loosen up, generate new ideas, and uncover any resistance you may be experiencing. 

You will have the opportunity to develop your skills, express yourself creatively, and experiment with Creative U-turns by using acrylic painting to explore techniques like dry brushing, sgraffito, and washing.

Regardless of your experience level, this session aims to inspire you to remain curious, take creative risks, and embrace the unexpected in your work. We will conclude the session by reflecting on how Creative U-turns can help us navigate resistance in our work and lives.
