Campers will have an amazing time with instructor Sophia Clark as she guides campers on how to play with their food while learning valuable lessons on farming and the properties of local harvests in our area!

My name is Sophia. I’m nineteen, and have lived in the beautiful state of Vermont my whole life. My relationship to art ties all the way back to my earliest childhood memories. From painting and drawing, to making sculptures with clay and beeswax, and all sorts of other creative endeavors. I grew up going to a Waldorf school where there was an emphasis on liberal arts and the child finding their own unique interests, talents, and passions. I also grew up on a farm with a focus on regenerative agriculture, connecting the health of the soil to the health of the food, which in turn would predict the health of the person consuming it. Over the years, I have begun to see a great need for both these areas: regenerative farming and art. I’m excited to blend these concepts and help children connect more to the land, their bodies, food, and art!
