Campers will LOVE working with Rachel Lemay to create their very own cartoon characters, comic strips, and book creations, honing their drawing skills and learning more about digital illustration. They will work on iPads to help their work come to life with color and form through the Procreate App designed to help digital literacy for these young artists with a digital portfolio of amazing artwork at the end of camp!

Drop Off Starts at 8:30am | Pickup is at 3pm.

Rachel Lemay (she/her) is an art and dance teacher based in Johnson, VT. Rachel received a Bachelor’s Degree in Art and Dance Education from NVU-Johnson in 2019, studying both art and dance as well as how to teach to students of all levels and abilities. A passion of Rachel’s is to reach every student in her classroom and make sure that all have access to personal creative expression and the arts. Most recently, Rachel was a Long Term Substitute Art Teacher at Hyde Park Elementary School, teaching throughout the COVID-19 pandemic. Rachel enjoys being outside, being active, and of course, making art!
