CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY
Please register with payment for classes at least one week before the class is scheduled to begin.
A cancellation must be made at least 2 weeks prior to the first class for either a 75% refund of tuition or to have the full amount applied toward another class, good for one year.
A full refund will be given if River Arts has to cancel a class, or if you drop a class and find your own replacement.
FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE POLICY
The mission at River Arts is “Arts for Everyone”. Financial Assistance funds come from donations to River Arts through individuals, businesses and grants. These funds are limited, and we encourage families and individuals to pay what they can afford, so that we may serve as many people as possible. If possible, we ask that tuition payments cover at least 50% of the class fee.
