Strong by Zumba® is a high-intensity interval training (HIIT) workout where music and moves are truly in sync, pushing you further to achieve your most ambitious fitness goals. Using your own body weight, you will gain muscular endurance, tone, and definition, and you will experience an increased calorie after-burn. Please bring a mat for the floor exercises. Note: This is not a dance class.
