Looking to burn some calories while getting toned and fit? Join me for this low impact strength and tone class.
We will perform exercises specific to tone and lengthen the muscles, encouraging the body to become stronger, more flexible and balanced. A strong focus on form, breath and movement. Using primarily body weight and resistance bands to perform exercises. This is a non-competitive and fun exercise class, great for all ages.
Children are welcome with an adult. All levels and drop-in’s welcome.
Cost: By donation
*please bring your own yoga mat, towel and water … and hand weights or bands if you have them.
