Saturday Mornings 8:30 – 9:30am, Jan 5th – Mar 30th (no classes on 1/12 and 3/2)
Join us for a gentle and nurturing morning flow yoga class. Each day and each practice is different for all of us, the focus for this class is to listen deeply to what your body needs and to encourage and create mindful opening within … letting prana flow uninhibited. Leave feeling more grounded, centered and connected. All levels welcome.
Cost: by donation (suggested $10 – 15)
