Mural Camp Recap

Mural Camp has come to an end but the art that these campers created will live on! With the help and guidance of their instructor, Jess Graham, who has created many murals throughout the Morrisville and greater Vermont community campers got the opportunity to design and create a mural of their own. Everything started with a sketch! Working together, campers designed their own artwork and made scale drawings of them to plan out the colors and shape before diving into paint.

With their sketches completed and cut out, campers were ready to move onto the final pieces of plywood to create their murals. Campers got right to work painting and bringing their original ideas to life!

Stay tuned to see the final product displayed!

Campers’ final murals will be hung on the side of the RK Miles building and their paper sketches will be shown on River Arts’ wall at the Morrisville post office. Click Here to see more photos from the week!

A special thank you to rk Miles for graciously donating the plywood and primer to help make our mural camp possible!
