2022 Mural Camp Recap
Last week we had an amazing time at Mural camp! Campers took a field trip to MSI where they cut out the pieces of wood they used for the week’s project, a collaborative public art installation. They also learned more about murals by looking at the ones around town. Everybody worked together to create a paper version of the mural, which is currently hanging in the Morrisville post office. After choosing a final design for the mural, all of the campers worked together to paint all of the details of each tile. Campers also painted their own small tiles, which they took home. The mural they created will be installed publicly on the Rail Trail bridge in the following weeks!
