Tim Martell and Chip Wine working on the upstairs closet and banisters. Notice the wonderful wall color. It’s a lavender based on the original 1847 color.
Custom Metal Fabrications is putting finishing touches on the access ramp out front. Brrr, a cold day to grind a rail!
Chip Wine can be seen here nailing new maple flooring in between the new bathrooms, outside the kitchen.
Another view of work upstairs. Everything is slowly getting cleaner and brighter.
