Plaster Restoration and Sheetrock

The Sheetrock mudding is almost done, and the walls are being primed. The trim is being restored as well. The building will be brought up to it’s original beauty soon! After that the painting and the floors will be next.
Leonard Spencer’s crew can be seen here prepping the upstairs ceiling for plaster restoration. Sticking out of the ceiling is the sprinkler system. This will be recessed into the ceiling once all the details are complete.
