FRIDAY SEPT. 16TH
5:30PM - 8:00PM
Ages 16+
$40, 60+ Reduced Tuition Available

Join licensed psychotherapist Megan Bisbee for an evening of supported creative expression and relaxation. We will relax with a guided meditation followed by a contemplative art project, tea, and discussion. No experience necessary! All materials provided.

This month's theme explores Creativity and Connection through various drawing techniques. As a mirror for ourselves and our lives, art offers us a reflection on the ways we feel connected to (or disconnected from) ourselves and others. This class will explore various styles of meditation, drawing instruction and experimentation, and journaling to deepen our creativity, our connection to ourselves, and connection within a creative community. We will notice the nuanced ways and meaning around how we connect lines, images, each other, and our inner and outer lives as well as the places and nuances around disconnection. As usual, no experience is necessary. All materials are provided.
